EEO Counselor Refresher Course
This course is designed to provide experienced EEO Counselors with EEO law updates, innovative alternative dispute resolution techniques, questioning techniques, significant case studies, and enhanced writing skills. Participants will discover how recent O.F.O. decisions will impact the EEO process and case law. This course meets the annual EEOC 8-hour training requirement. Participants will receive a comprehensive workbook and certificate.
