Course Overview
Through case studies, interactive learning activities, and dynamic class discussions, this advanced program equips seasoned EEO Counselors and practitioners with the latest updates in EEO law while strengthening their technical counseling expertise. Participants will examine how recent OFO decisions shape the EEO process and refine their interviewing techniques to achieve greater effectiveness.
This course fulfills the annual 8-hour training requirement for Federal EEO Counselors. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate of training.
