Course Overview
Through case studies, interactive learning activities, and dynamic class discussions, this advanced program equips seasoned EEO Counselors, EEO Investigators, and EEO practitioners with the latest updates in EEO law while strengthening their technical counseling expertise. Participants will examine how recent OFO decisions shape the EEO process and refine their interviewing techniques to achieve greater effectiveness.

This course fulfills the annual 8-hour training requirement for Federal EEO Counselors and EEO Investigators. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate of training.
