Virtual Writing Final Agency Decisions Course

Course Overview

LAS Professional Services, in collaboration with Training and Development Strategies, presents Writing Final Agency Decisions. This interactive course teaches participants to write Final Agency Decisions (FAD) for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaints. Participants will review the bases and theories of discrimination, learn the FAD components, and conduct a legal analysis of claims. The course provides an active and applied experience for participants to take the information presented and practice writing FAD sections. Participants will receive a certificate after completion of the course.
