Writing Final Agency Decisions Course (Virtual)

Course Description
This interactive course teaches participants to write Final Agency Decisions (FAD) for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaints. Participants will review the bases and theories of discrimination, learn the FAD components, and conduct an analysis of claims and evidence. The course provides an active and applied experience for participants to take the information presented and practice writing FAD sections.
