Alfranda ‘Al’ Durr Leadership Development & Training Expert

Alfranda “Al” Durr is the CEO and President of ALD & Associates LLC, a consulting firm specializing in leadership development, strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness. With over 30 years of experience, Al has a proven track record in developing and implementing solutions that enhance organizational performance, improve efficiencies, and drive leadership excellence.

Al retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the Army National Guard after 28 years of service, bringing a wealth of experience in leadership development, training design, and human resources solutions. He has led large-scale strategic initiatives on executive coaching, professional development, and equal employment opportunity (EEO) compliance. He has been a trusted advisor throughout his career, designing and delivering training programs that strengthen workplace culture, enhance team cohesion, and build high-performing organizations.

As a certified coach and experienced facilitator, Al has conducted numerous workshops and training sessions on leadership, conflict resolution, workforce engagement, and EEO compliance. His expertise extends to professional certifications in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), and advanced training certifications from Cornell and Georgetown Universities. His ability to create customized training programs has empowered countless organizations to improve communication, strengthen leadership, and achieve operational success. Al holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the National Graduate School. He has also completed coursework for his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
