Duanna Petrus Facilitator
Duanna founded Employee Relations Intel, where she serves as an Employee Relations Consultant, national conference presenter, trainer, facilitator, and workplace investigator. She is dedicated to strengthening organizational culture and improving workplace dynamics through customized training and team-building experiences that leverage the power of play and experiential learning. Her expertise spans anti harassment training, policy development, compliance and regulatory guidance, and change management.
With more than 20 years of experience as an educator, Duanna has developed learning solutions for diverse learners throughout the federal sector. She believes effective training must be engaging, relevant, and aligned with organizational objectives while grounded in adult learning principles.
Duanna earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marymount College and a Master of Science in Education from Adelphi University. She holds certifications in EEO Counseling, EEO Investigation, EEOC Anti‑Harassment Program Management, EQ‑i 2.0, Lego Serious Play Facilitation, and Executive Coaching. She is also a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators.
