Duanna Petrus is the founder of Entrust Strategic Solutions, where she excels as an Employee Relations Consultant, trainer, facilitator, and workplace investigator. With a deep commitment to enhancing organizational dynamics, Duanna specializes in customized training and team-building exercises that harness the power of play and experiential learning. Her expertise includes anti-harassment training, policy development, compliance and regulatory guidance, and change management.
She has 20+ years of experience as an educator, creating and developing learning solutions for various learners. Duanna believes that training must be engaging, relevant, and meet the desired objectives while also following adult learning principles.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marymount College and a Master of Science in Education from Adelphi University. Her certifications include EEO Counseling, EEO Investigator, EEOC Anti-Harassment Program Management, EQ-I 2.0, Lego Serious Play Facilitator, and Executive Coach. She is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators.
